# End Backup

> End Backup — the account is suspended at once and deleted for good after a month.

Here you end Backup for your company. **Requires the administrator or owner
role.** Open the page with **End Backup** at the top right of the
[overview](https://docs.incabus.com/en/cloud/backup/).

## This is what happens

- The account is **suspended at once**. The backup clients on your servers
  stop backing up, and you can no longer sign in at backup.incabus.com.
- The account and all its backups are **kept for one month**, then deleted
  for good.
- Storage is invoiced as usual during that month.
- Change your mind during the month? Get in touch, and we open the account
  again.

If the servers still need backing up, arrange that elsewhere first.

## Confirm

Type the user name in the box to confirm, and choose **End Backup**. The
overview then shows the account as **To be deleted** with the date.
