# A backup account > A backup account in detail — storage, last backup, modules and what it costs per month — and deleting the account. Source: https://docs.incabus.com/en/cloud/cloud-backup/accounts/account/ Last updated 16 Oct 2026 This page shows one of your company's backup accounts: how much it stores, when it last backed up, which modules are in use and what it costs per month. Owners can also delete the account here. Open it by clicking the account name in the [list of backup accounts](https://docs.incabus.com/en/cloud/cloud-backup/accounts/). *Screenshot: A backup account* ## The details - **Account name** — at the top, with a button that copies it. - **Storage** — data and older versions together, and each on its own under **Data** and **Older versions**. - **Last backup** — when the account last backed up. - **Modules** — the modules that cost extra and are in use. ## Total per month The **Total per month, estimate** card has a line for storage, one for each module in use, and the total. As in the list, it is an estimate from today's storage; the invoice is based on the month's average storage. ## Delete the account **Only owners** can delete a backup account. Others see the card with a line saying the owner needs to do it. Type the account name in the box to confirm, and choose **Delete account**. This is what happens: - The account is **suspended at once**. It stops backing up and can no longer be signed in to. - The account and its backups are **kept for one month**, then deleted for good. Storage is billed as usual during that month. - The account stays in the list as **To be deleted** with the date. If the computers or servers still need a backup, back up somewhere else first. If you change your mind, get in touch with us before the date. ## Related - [Cloud Backup](https://docs.incabus.com/en/cloud/cloud-backup/accounts/) - [Price calculator](https://docs.incabus.com/en/cloud/cloud-backup/pricing/)
