# Dashboard

> The first page after you sign in — what is waiting for you, and what is new in the portal.

The dashboard is where you land after signing in. It answers one question:
*is there anything I need to look at?*

## Welcome — when your account is new

If your account is not connected to a company yet — for example because you
have just signed up — the dashboard starts with **Welcome to Incabus Cloud**.
It explains what the portal will show once your account is connected, and
asks you to get in touch. Choose **Contact us** and tell us which company
you represent, and we will set up the connection. If you are already a
customer, you can open a ticket with Incabus Support instead.

The welcome box disappears by itself once the connection is in place.

## To review

The first card lists what is waiting for you, per company:

- **Quotes to review** — quotes we have sent that you can approve. Only
  shown if your role allows you to approve (admin or owner).
- **New time reports** — work we have reported since you last opened the
  time-report list for that company. Shown for every role.

Click a line to go straight there. If there is a single new time report,
you go to that report; otherwise to the list.

When nothing is waiting, the card says *Nothing new to review.*

> **Good to know:** the time-report counter starts the first time you open
> a company's time reports. Before that, nothing counts as new.

## What's new

The second card shows the latest news about the portal — new features and
changes. A red badge counts the news you have not read yet on this device.
Choose **Read the news** to read them; see [What's new](https://docs.incabus.com/en/cloud/news/).

## DNS and Incabus Mail are still in the old portal

We are moving to the new portal in stages. This card says that DNS and
Incabus Mail are changed in the **old portal**, v1.cloud.incabus.com, for
now — **Open the old portal** takes you there, in a new tab. DNS will move
here to the new portal. The Mail and URL Shortener services will be phased
out or changed.

## This portal is under development

The fourth card is a reminder that we are still building the portal. If
something looks wrong, is missing or gets in your way, choose
**Send feedback** — it is the fastest way to get it fixed. See
