# A time report

This page shows a single time report in full. You get here with the
**eye** on a row in the [time report list](https://docs.incabus.com/en/cloud/it-support/time-reports/), or
from a notification about one new time report.

It shows the **Date**, who it was **Done by**, **Hours**, **Rate**,
**Amount**, the **Invoice** it was billed on (or **Not invoiced**), and the
whole **Description** — useful when the text was shortened in the list.

- **View invoice** shows every line on the same invoice.
- **Export** gives you this report as PDF or Excel — handy to forward to a
  colleague.
- **Show list** takes you back to the time reports.

If the page says *The time report does not exist*, it may have been
removed, or it belongs to a different company than the one chosen in the
company picker.
