# Time reports on an invoice

This page answers *what am I paying for on this invoice?* It lists every
time report billed on one invoice. You get here by clicking an invoice
number in the [time report list](https://docs.incabus.com/en/cloud/it-support/time-reports/), or with the
invoice icon on a row.

At the top you see the **Invoice** number, the **Period** the work was done
in, total **Hours** and the **Total**. A line under them says whether the
amounts include or exclude VAT.

The table lists each line: **Date**, the **Work** (who and what), **Hours**,
**Rate** and **Amount**.

- **Export → PDF** gives you the same time report that was attached to the
  invoice.
- **Export → Excel** gives you the lines with a total row, ready for your
  own follow-up.
- **Show list** takes you back to all time reports.
