# Sign in

> Sign in to Incabus Cloud with your Incabus account.

You sign in to the portal with your **Incabus account** — the same account
you use for our other services. There is no separate password for the
portal.

## How to sign in

1. Choose **Sign in**. The button shows *Redirecting…* while you are taken to
   the Incabus sign-in.
2. Sign in the way you usually do: with email and password, or with
   Microsoft, Google or GitHub if your account is connected to one of them.
3. You come back to the portal and land on the [Dashboard](https://docs.incabus.com/en/cloud/dashboard/).

If you are already signed in to your Incabus account in this browser, step 2
is skipped and you go straight in.

**No account yet?** Choose **Sign up here** under the button to create an
Incabus account. Once you have one, get in touch and we will connect it to
your company — until then the portal has nothing to show you.

## Good to know

- The sign-in page follows the language you chose in the portal the last
  time you used it on this device. Otherwise it follows your browser's
  language.
- On a large screen a picture with a message from us takes up most of the
  page, with the sign-in on the left. On a phone only the sign-in is
  shown.
- Under the button it says that by signing in you agree to our
  **Terms of Service** and confirm that you have read our
  **Privacy Policy**, with links to both.
- Signing in clears the list views the portal remembered on this device
  (searches and filters), so you start fresh.

If the sign-in fails, the page tells you what went wrong. Try again, and
contact Incabus Support if it keeps happening. If you are signed in with the
wrong Incabus account, choose **Sign out and use another account**.
