# Licence catalogue

The licence catalogue lists the Microsoft 365 products you can buy through
Incabus, with prices. Use it to compare products, look up a part number, or
see what a licence would cost before you ask us for it.

Open it under **Microsoft 365 → Licence catalogue** in the menu. Everyone
can see the catalogue, and it is the same whichever company you have
chosen.

Not sure which licence you need? The box at the top, **Need help choosing?**,
links to Incabus Support — we are happy to help you choose. Close it with
the cross once you have read it; it stays closed on this device.

## What the columns mean

| Column | |
|---|---|
| **Product** | The product name. |
| **Part number** | Microsoft's article number. |
| **Product family** | The group the product belongs to, such as Microsoft 365 or Exchange. |
| **Licence type** | The kind of licence. |
| **Billing cycle** | How often it is billed — per month or per year. |
| **Price** | The price per licence and billing cycle. |

## Find a product

- **Search products** — type part of the name or the part number.
- **Filter** — narrow by **Product family**, **Licence type** and
  **Billing cycle**. Each choice shows how many products it has.
  **Clear filters** removes them.
- **Rows per page** at the bottom: 25, 50, 100 or 200.

## Export prices

Tick the products you want and choose **Export**:

- **Export to PDF** — a price sheet with our letterhead, ready to attach to
  an email or print. It opens in a new tab.
- **Export to Excel** — a spreadsheet with the product, part number,
  product family, licence type, billing cycle and price, ready to compare
  or use in your own budget.

Both are sorted by name and show prices excluding VAT.

Only products on the page you are looking at can be ticked. To pick from
more at once, search or filter first, or show more rows per page.

subscription for your company — see
