Microsoft 365 subscriptions

Your company's Microsoft 365 subscriptions — how many licences you have, what they cost and when they renew.

This page shows your company’s active Microsoft 365 subscriptions: which products you have, how many licences, the price, and when each subscription renews. From here you open a subscription to add or remove licences.

Open it under Microsoft 365 → Subscriptions in the menu. Every role can see the list.

Which company?

The list shows the company chosen in the company picker in the header. If the page says No Microsoft 365 environment connected yet, we have not connected your company’s Microsoft 365 to the portal — get in touch and we will.

If your company has more than one Microsoft 365 environment, each gets its own table with a heading.

What the columns mean

Column
Part number Microsoft’s article number for the product. The small icon copies it.
Product The name of the subscription, for example Microsoft 365 Business Premium.
At renewal How many licences the subscription will have when it renews. Shown in amber when it differs from what you have today — a change is scheduled. A dash means it does not renew.
Purchased How many licences you have now.
Price Your price per licence, per month (/mo) or per year (/yr), as billed.
Total Price × purchased.
Renewal When the subscription renews — or Does not renew, with the date it ends.

Click a column heading to sort. The pencil (Change) at the end of a row opens the subscription — see A subscription.

Only licence-based subscriptions are shown. Pay-as-you-go services such as Azure are billed separately and are not listed here.

Export

Choose Export for the whole list:

  • Export to PDF — a printable overview.
  • Export to Excel — every column, plus whether each is billed per month or per year. Counts and amounts are numbers you can calculate with.

Good to know

  • The list is read directly from our Microsoft supplier each time you open it, so it is always current.
  • If the page says We could not load the subscriptions, the connection to our supplier failed. Try again in a moment.
