Orders
All your quotes and orders from Incabus — see what they contain, and approve a quote directly.
Orders lists every quote and order we have sent your company, with status, total and references. A quote waiting for you can be approved right here, without searching for the link in an email.
Open it under IT support → Orders in the menu. Every role can see the list; approving a quote takes the admin or owner role.
Which company?
The list shows the company chosen in the company picker in the header. If you have not chosen one, or your account is not connected to a company yet, the page tells you what to do.
What the columns mean
| Column | |
|---|---|
| Number | The quote or order number. The small icon copies it. |
| Date | When the document was written. |
| Valid until | The last day a quote can be approved. |
| Status | Quote — waiting for a decision. Approved — accepted, and now an order. If someone at your company approved it in the portal, their name is shown. Expired — the quote’s validity has passed. Cancelled and Replaced — no longer in effect. |
| Your reference | The person at your company the document is for. |
| Our reference | The person at Incabus who wrote it. |
| Lines | How many lines the document has. Hover over the number to see the lines without opening the document. |
| Total | Excluding VAT, in Swedish kronor. |
Some columns are hidden on narrow screens. Click a column heading to sort by it — the newest documents are shown first.
At the end of each row, the eye opens the document (see A quote or order). A green check appears on quotes you can approve; it opens the document so you can read it before approving.
Find what you are looking for
- Search on the number, a note or a person.
- Filter → Status: Quote, Expired quote, Approved or Cancelled.

From a notification about quotes to review, you come here with the list already filtered on Quote.
Export
Tick the documents you want, then choose Export:
- Export to PDF — the documents as PDFs.
- Export to Excel — one section per document: a heading with the status, number, date and your reference, then every line with quantity, unit price and amount, and the document’s total. At the bottom, the sum of all selected documents. Amounts are numbers you can calculate with.
